Shopping for smart technology products for the home is fun, but don’t worry if things get messed up! WBM Smart uttermost priority is customer satisfaction. This policy applies to the orders within the country. In case the product is missing, damaged, or defective, we offer you to file a return request.
WBM Smart offers a 30 days return policy on smart technology products.
- Return the products with their accessories with the packaging to receive a refund Returns must include the invoice or receipt issued by WBM Smart
- Returns must be filed within 30 days after the delivery
- Products that are purchased from WBMSmart.us are entitled to the refund
- All the return shipping charges are paid by WBMSmart.us
Home Appliances Return Policy
Large home appliances can be returned within 30 days after the delivery in their original packaging. In case, you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our WBM Smart representative that will help you in the replacement of the products. When the product arrives at your address, check the product accessories to prevent inconvenience.
- The product must be returned unworn with unblemished packaging and the original tags
- Appliances and all smart technology products should be returned with their complete accessories
- For some categories, depending on the customer’s need if they do not like the product, then the product can be returned
- If the smart design product delivered is different from the presentation on the website, it will be returned
- If the product gets damaged by you in any case, then the product will not be returned
For the return of smart products, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer feedback, suggestions and recommendations are important for a successful smart website with smart products. We do not accept exchanges for items that are not purchased through the WBMSmart.us website. Do return the damaged or defective products within 30 days after the delivery.
If a purchase is made through the WBM Smart account, you can easily file a return as follows:
- Login to the WBM Smart account
- Select “My Orders” and click return on the items you want to return.
- Choose the items you want to return and fill in the reasons for return
- You will receive an email from the customer care support of your request
- Once your request is confirmed or authorized, you will receive another email for confirmation
